About EAT Saint Louis Food Tours
Our tours were created to offer both locals and visitors an unparalleled chance to visit artisan producers and restauranteurs while our guides share their knowledge of history and culture of each delicious neighborhood.
Meet The Founder
Pete Manzo
I started EAT Saint Louis Food Tours because of my deep love for all foods…you could say I was “born” into it. My mom and dad started both a specialty Italian & Greek grocery store and food distribution company as part of their American Dream when they immigrated from Sicily, Italy in 1955 and I grew up surrounded by food. I am a dual citizen and love to travel. As mementos of my travels, I usually return home with three things: food items, photos of food experiences, and… extra weight.

When I am not exposing people to the fascinating history of my city and sharing my St. Louis favorite eateries, I like to cook, make and imbibe fine cocktails, lift weights, read, and go camping.
